国内油价第13轮调整将于7月12日24时开启，距离调价日期还有段时间，当前国内原油变化率为-1.39%，预测下跌75元/吨，折算为0.06-0.07元/升。有望出现“今年第3次下调”。根据《石油价格管理办法》规定，国内汽、柴油价格根据国际市场原油价格变化每10个工作日调整一次。上次调价是6月28日24点。
